Best Song On First Listen: i think i like your girlfriend
Travie Says: With rent prices as high as they are, who could blame her? Canadian singer NIA NADURATA’s debut EP, Still Living With My Parents, showcases her cozy voice and personal lyrics, especially on songs like “i think i like your girlfriend.”
Artist: Smerz
Album: Easy EP

Best Song On First Listen: Spring summer
Travie Says: Norwegian duo Smerz proves that you don’t need a lot of time to make a good impression, as the Easy EP clocks in at just over 9 minutes.
Artist: duendita
Album: existential thottie
Year Released: 2026
Rating (Out of 5 Stars): 4.1
Best Song On First Listen: as i am
Travie Says: Are you both thoughtful and a thottie? A thoughttie, if you will? Then, dudendita’s existential thottie might be the exact match for you.
Artist: Evans Blue
Album: The Melody And The Energetic Nature Of Volume
Year Released: 2006
Rating (Out of 5 Stars): 4.7
Best Song On First Listen: Over
Travie Says: This album was a pick from the Midnight Marauders group, and I have to say, it’s probably not an album I would’ve picked for myself. That’s the beauty of taking album recommendations though - you find new music that you wouldn’t normally hear! This album is so full of passion, and I think the run of songs from second half is what makes this album shine.
Artist: Malcolm Todd
Album: Do That Again
Year Released: 2026
Rating (Out of 5 Stars): 4.7
Best Song On First Listen: Difficult Love
Travie Says: Californian Malcolm Todd’s name has been bubbling for quite a while - you might recognize him from “Chest Pain (I Love)” or his Omar Apollo collaboration, “Bleed.” He’s back with a new album, Do That Again, where he further solidifies his sound. “Difficult Love” will definitely become a fan-favorite, but I also enjoyed the plucky “Malcolm In The Middle,” and my favorite vocal performance on the album, the title track.

“thoughttie” 🤣 Love what you did there!
